Why the name APJM?
The school got its name from an eminent personality in the history of Syro Malabar Catholic Church, Cardinal Mar. Antony Padiara. He was the first Major Archbishop of Syro Malabar Catholic Church. The silver jubilee of his Episcopal Consecration was celebrated in 1980. Since the school started in the same year it was named after him as Archbishop Padiyara Jubilee Memorial English Medium School (A.P.J.M.).
